Camping $5 day.
Signups start at 8am. Competition starts at 9 am.
$25 per class per horse/rider combination.
One rider can use more than one horse. And any horse can be used more than once as long as it is by a different rider.
Open Timed: The obstacles are the same as the Advanced class. You will be allowed to go as fast as you can through and between obstacles. It is a timed event with a payback. So speed and accuracy are important!
Advanced: This class is the hardest. Must be able to jump a log and canter. Obstacles are harder than the Intermediate. If you are a confident rider and your horse is experienced then this is the class for you. Challenge yourself and your horse!
Intermediate: Class is a bit harder than Novice but not as challenging as the Advanced. Trotting is required and a little harder obstacles. Judges are there to help you if needed. Just ask. Score will reflect assistance required.
Novice: This class is the least challenging. Walk is all that is required and the obstacles are set up to be easier to accomplish. Judges are there to help you too. Any obstacle can be skipped if you don't feel you can do it. A zero score will be given for each obstacle skipped. An attempt is at least a 1.
Buddy Class: Is you or your horse not comfortable doing a course alone. Want someone to be there just for moral support? Then this is the class for you. What a great way to get your first taste of the trail competition. This class is available to lead line or buddy riders on a separate horse. Horse being judged must go first over all obstacles. If Buddy horse goes first, no points will be given for that obstacle, MUST let judge know.
Based on combined experience only. No age limits on horse or rider. The same Horse/rider combination can only enter ONE of the following 3 classes:(Buddy, novice, intermediate, or advanced. Intermediate and Advanced riders can also enter the Open Timed. The Open Timed is a PAY BACK class.
Guided trail rides will be held after the competiton both days, as time allows.

All obstacles will have a way to go around to skip it, or an easier option.
You will be judged on a rating from 0-10. No attempt at an obstacle is a 0. Unnecessary roughness = 0 and possible disqualification. Any attempt at the obstacle is a 1 or above. Judges are there to help you and deserve your respect. If they tell you to do something you need to do it or you may receive a 0 for that obstacle.
Riders go one at a time spaced out at timed intervals. 1-3 people max on the course at a time.
This course is all natural type obstacles on a varied terrain course of approx 8 acres. We are targeting things you would find on today's trails.
There will be a time limit to complete each obsticle. Time will vary according to the class. Novice will get the most time and Advanced the least. The Judge will notify you when your time is up. You will recieve a time for the course, but it will only used in case of a tie score.
Spectators are welcome! The whole course can be seen from our spectator section, so bring the whole family for a full weekend of fun and friends!!
